Have you booked a pet session at Francescon Portraiture? Wondering what it’s going to be like? From the minute we chat about your session to the the day we deliver your images, we will take care of you every step of the way.
Your time with us will be filled with fun, love and laughter as we create timeless heirlooms for your furry family member.
Our first introduction will usually be over the phone. At that time, we will schedule your session date and I will learn more about the pet(s) you will be bringing to the studio.
At your session appointment, I will meet you outside to assist you with your pet if you need help. From there, we will go into the studio and both you your pet will have plenty of time to check things out and get to know me. Water will be provided. I always have plenty of dog and cat treats available.
Once they are comfortable in the studio, we will begin our session. I will photograph your beloved furry friend in a variety of poses and this summer we will be using at least two different backgrounds.
We have lots of little tricks up our sleeves to bring out the personality of your sweet pet.
My assistant and I are very patient as we work with you and your dog, cat, hedgehog, hamster or whatever animal you bring to the studio. If you have a horse, I will come to you. They are a bit big to fit in the studio. Ha. Please keep in mind that your pet will never get in trouble if they move out of their position in front of the backdrop. We just move them back. give them a pat on the head and keep going. Your pet sees us as extra people for cuddles and hugs – way more fun than the session.
If we need to take a break to get a drink of water or a little reassurance, we don’t mind and actually encourage it.
A few days after your session, you will return to the studio to view your images and select your images for purchase. Once again, I will have water and treats available for you, usually in the form of cookies or chocolate.
Following your ordering session, we will highlight some of our favorite images on the blog and talk about our session. What a fun way for you to share your experience with friends and family. If a friend or family member books a session, I have a special gift for you.
Portrait orders arrive within two weeks of your session and I will deliver it to you, saving you another trip to the studio.
