Pumpkin Seed Mosaic Art – every year the girls and I dry and roast our pumpkin seeds! Think we will try this next month!!
Fall Leaf Mobile – Create fall leaf cutouts from construction paper, fine cardboard or felt. Tape the leaves to thin ribbons, string or twine. Attach each string to a small branch and hang it where it can spin freely for all to enjoy!
Harvest Apple Cider – What a way to make your house smell yummy!
Pumpkin Gems – These are my all time favorite autumn snacks! Easy to make, these little gems are perfect for classroom treats and after school snacks! You can frost them with cream cheese frosting; however my family eats these simple treats right from the pan! Enjoy!
1 yellow cake mix 1/2 cup oil 3 eggs 1 can of pumpkin 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Spray your mini muffin pan with oil and fill 2/3 full! Bake 8 – 10 minutes. If desired, frost with cream cheese frosting.
